Next Js Full Stack Web Developer (1+ Years Experience) Kochi, Kerala We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who has matered Next.Js and is passionate about building clean, high-performance front-ends, robust back-ends, and SEO-optimized websites. This role is for our R&D department, which we have eloquently called "Programmers' Union". About the Role Based in Kochi, you will be working full-time, as a Full Stack Developer. You will play a crucial role in developing dynamic, scalable, and SEO-driven web platforms for news blogs, online magazines, journals, and content publishing networks. We work with the largest PR Agencies in the world, and we manage the online reputation of family offices, politicians, and business personalities. Our websites are designed to achieve top percentile rankings on Google Search Results (GSR) through strategic SEO implementation and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Build clean, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces using Next.js Backend Development: Develop and maintain robust backend systems using CodeIgniter, Laravel, or Node.js with optimized database architecture. SEO-Optimized Development: Implement best practices for fast loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and high search visibility. Google Ads & Analytics Integration: Set up and manage Google Ads, AdSense, Search Console, and analytics tools to monitor website performance. Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure high security, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to deploy high-ranking platforms. Scalability & Cloud Deployment: Deploy platforms on VPS hosting, serverless infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in full-stack web development. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js Proficiency in backend frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Node.js. Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization. Ability to integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for offline capabilities and user engagement. Familiarity with VPS hosting, serverless platforms, and cloud deployment. Advanced knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, SEMRush, or Ahrefs.
