HelpYourNGO is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer with 3-4 years experience in the social sector . We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must be a commerce graduate (preferably) and should have 3-4 years’ experience in CSR – NGO identification, Program evaluation, Proposal writing, Reporting. A detailed job description has been mentioned below: 1) CSR and Donor Advisory - Identification of potential NGO partners meeting the clients’ giving criteria - Evaluation of NGO proposals and presenting to the clients - Monitoring of supported NGO programs - Reviewing Reports submitted by NGO partners including financial and program reports - Liaise and rigorous follow ups with NGOs for timely and accurate submission of Reports - Generate reports as needed; Project specific documentation as required - Conduct NGO Due Diligence on behalf of clients - Undertake field visits at program site, if needed - Work effectively and demonstrate good time management skills Experience and Skills - 3 to 4 years of social sector or CSR experience - Excellent English speaking and writing skills - Strong analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Salary range is Rs 3.6-6 lakh per annum depending on experience and qualification.
