Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Niche Hiring Expertise Hire for specialized roles such as: Atlassian Experts ServiceNow Consultants Salesforce, Freshdesk, and Zendesk Sales Professionals Solutions Architects for Atlassian & ServiceNow Talent Sourcing – Identify and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing strategies. Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring. Market Research & Talent Mapping – Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. Process Optimization – Implement best practices to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Employer Branding – Enhance Padah Solutions’ employer presence to attract top talent. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in IT and tech hiring. Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Preferred Skill Proven experience in niche hiring for Atlassian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk, and Solutions Architects .
