Asst. Manager - Sales | CrossBorder eCommerce Division
Role Overview: We are looking for a young, energetic, and driven Assistant Manager Sales to onboard merchants interested in global expansion. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a hardcore B2B sales environment, ideally having onboarded eCommerce sellers or brands or having strong connections with brands looking for global expansion. You will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales funnels, and closing deals independently, while working closely with the founding team.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard eCommerce sellers or brands for global expansion in the UAE & Singapore or USA markets. Develop and manage sales funnels, generate leads, and close deals. (You may also receive leads from the company) Engage with potential clients both face-to-face and via phone/Google Meet to discuss solutions and finalize agreements. (Whichever works best. Preference is to have at least one in person meeting with the prospect for better conversion). Ensure merchant onboarding is smooth, efficient, and meets company standards. Maintain accurate sales records using a CRM to track progress and follow-up activities. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high performance levels. Key Requirements:2-5 years of experience in a hardcore B2B sales environment. Preferably has experience onboarding eCommerce sellers or brands or has strong connections with brands looking for global expansion. (Not just free onboarding, must have Sales experience in charging fee for the services offered).Any eCommerce Agency or eCommerce SAAS based Sales Experience where you have charged customers a fee for the services is preferred. Knowledge of the eCommerce industry, online marketplaces, cross-border eCommerce, international shipping, or warehousing will be an added advantage. Ability to generate leads, manage sales funnels, and close deals independently. Must understand sales targets and CRM usage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable communicating face-to-face, on the phone, and via Google Meet. High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter. Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
