Good Monitoring experience in large and active environment. (LogicMonitor is desirable). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routing, and switching). Familiarity with Windows Server (user management, basic troubleshooting). Exposure to Linux commands and system operations. Knowledge of storage systems, backup tools, and their operational workflows. Soft Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. Adaptability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment. Experience and Certifications: Entry-level IT support experience (0-2 years) preferred. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, or MCSA are desirable. Work Conditions 24/7 operational environment requiring flexible availability. Ability to respond promptly to system alerts and escalations.
