NOC Lead Education : BE / B.Tech Experience : 10-12 Yrs Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to support client presentations and provide GNOC expertise to win business opportunities. Conduct NOC demonstrations during customer visits. Develop and present periodic reports on GNOC performance, incident analysis, and recommendations. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership skills with prior experience in NOC operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent NOC capabilities during client engagements. Proficiency in network monitoring tools, incident management processes, and ITIL practices. Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage situations effectively
