Job Description

Monitor network systems and infrastructure across multiple locations to ensure high availability and performance. Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly, minimizing downtime, especially for critical systems. Create and manage support tickets, track incidents, and ensure timely resolution. Assist in routine maintenance tasks (software updates, patching, configurations). Provide first-line support for network issues and billing inquiries. Identify and escalate critical issues to senior teams as needed. Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and network performance metrics. Assist with configuring network hardware and software components. Ensure the functionality of backup systems and restore data when necessary. Work with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve network performance. Address network-related billing issues and work with financial teams to resolve discrepancies.
