Node JS Developer ( SDE )

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js developer to create internal components for various IT products in JavaScript. The ideal candidate will lead software development projects, with a primary focus on creating tools and utilities. This individual should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering high- quality software solutions. Technical and Professional Requirements: Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries like Node JS & Express JS. Experience with database systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event- driven architecture. Solid understanding of security best practices for web development. Experience with front-end technologies (Angular) is a plus. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a bonus. Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience in JavaScript in Backend, Express.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Candidate will have to learn angular. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and support applications using Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS Guide and support the team in resolving issues Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Perform unit testing and troubleshoot and solve code-related issues as needed Participate in performance optimization and tuning of existing Node.js applications by reviewing software code and providing feedback for improvement Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, stand- ups, and retrospectives Ensure proper adherence to privacy and security standards Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Node.js development Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
