We are Hiring for one of the Healthcare and Fintech based industry in India. Experience 7-8years Notice period immediate- 15 days Location: Chennai Role & responsibilities Proven work experience as a NON IT/ IT Recruiter Should be able to work on Contratual/C2H and Permanent roles. Must have worked at mid-senior level non tech hirings. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom and structured) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT & Operations roles. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Hands-on experience in recruitment, alternate channels of sourcing including social media, internet tools, databases is highly desired. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Naukri, Linkedin, Boolean search, Generating new pool through referencing, Candidate Mapping from targeted companies etc. Good exposure to interview formats and drives, salary negotiation and closure is required to accomplish business goal.
