Job description Job Title: Non IT Recruiter Location: Sankar IAS Academy, Coimbatore Salary: Pay: ₹20000-25000 Job Summary: Sankar IAS Academy is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Non IT Recruiter to join our Coimbatore team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on hiring for both academic and administrative positions. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further rounds with department heads Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases Facilitate smooth onboarding and manage employee documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools Preferred: Prior experience in educational institutions or coaching centers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
