Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter Company: ZAAS Consulting Service Private Limited Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) (7pm to 4am) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: ZAAS Consulting Service Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, a proven track record in hiring for non-IT positions across various industries, and the ability to source, screen, and engage with top talent in the US job market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various non-IT roles in industries such as Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Administrative Services, and more. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking to identify and attract passive and active job seekers. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with US clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups. Maintain and update candidate databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment reports. Ensure compliance with US labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and company policies. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines as per client needs. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment , specifically for non-IT roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), ATS, and CRM tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate salaries, benefits, and contract terms with candidates and clients. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift). Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with US clients and staffing agencies . Knowledge of US work authorizations, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and tax terms . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
