Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter/ US Recruiter Location: Noida Sec 62 Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of W2 hiring and experience working in the MSP/VMS model . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in non-IT roles across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit W2 candidates for Non-IT roles in the US market. Work on VMS/MSP-based hiring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing methods to identify candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate salaries and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS). Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent. Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring policies. Key Requirements: Experience: 15 years in US Staffing (Non-IT recruitment) with W2 hiring . Knowledge of MSP/VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or other VMS platforms is preferred. Strong experience in US job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder. Excellent understanding of US work authorization types Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
