The ideal candidate will have expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and leveraging various recruitment tools to identify and attract top talent. This is a remote position offering flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates across multiple platforms. Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to source and engage with potential candidates. Tap into job boards, databases, and other tools to build a strong candidate pipeline. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Keep databases updated with current and prospective candidates. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies. Provide insights into the availability of talent and sourcing challenges. Reporting: Generate regular reports on sourcing progress, metrics, and challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced LinkedIn sourcing. Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
