Job Title: Chat & Email Support Executive Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Support / Customer Experience Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Chat & Email Support Executive to join our customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat and email, helping resolve their queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in support tools or CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.) to resolve escalations and improve customer experience. Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest process improvements. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.) Requirements: Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably chat/email-based. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and typing accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using customer support tools. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
