Profile : NPD Manager/ Sr Manager Location Sonepat Compensation : 80k-1LPA Industry : related industry cookware, houseware, pets, cutlery- all Stainless steel no other metal New Product Development (NPD):Lead and manage the end-to-end new product development process from concept to commercialization. Develop and execute NPD strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. Ensure new product designs meet international quality standards and customer-specific requirements. Product Design and Engineering: Oversee the creation and validation of 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications.Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and durability.Approve design modifications and ensure design control processes are adhered to. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.Experience: 10-20 years in NPD, preferably in stainless steel cookware or a related manufacturing domain.
