Job Title: NPD (New Product Development) Manager Aerospace Industry Company: Senwell Exports Private Limited Location: Wagholi Kesnand, Pune Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing Experience: 10 to 20 Years About Us: Senwell Exports Private Limited is a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing company specializing in precision-engineered components. We are looking for an NPD Manager who is passionate about innovation and can lead the New Product Development (NPD) function with technical expertise and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities: New Product Development (NPD): Lead end-to-end development of aerospace components, from concept to production. Machining Excellence: Drive CNC, VMC, Turn-Mill, 2D & 3D programming, and setting for high-precision manufacturing. Prototype to Production: Manage first article development (FAI), process validation, and AS9100 compliance. Tooling & Process Optimization: Define optimal jigs, fixtures, and tooling for high-accuracy machining. Cost & Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate RFQs, BOM, cycle times, and cost-effectiveness for new projects. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams for seamless NPD execution. Customer & Supplier Coordination: Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align NPD timelines and specifications. Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process innovations to enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong Knowledge of CNC, VMC, Turn-Mill Operations Expertise in 2D & 3D Programming, GD&T, and CAD/CAM Software Experience in AS9100, ISO 9001, and Aerospace Quality Standards Proficiency in Process Engineering, Tool Selection, and Cycle Time Optimization Ability to Lead Cross-Functional Teams and Manage Multiple NPD Projects Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills in Machining & Manufacturing Why Join Us?
