The Personwill be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our aftermarketproduct line, focusing on NPIP (New Product Introduction Process) andADAS-related products. This role encompasses product operations, inventorymanagement, logistics, and the supervision of delivery personnel. The idealcandidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills anda passion for optimizing operational efficiency ProductOperations NPIP: NPIP Management: Lead theimplementation and execution of NPIP for new aftermarket products, ensuringtimely and successful launches. Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the lifecycle of existing aftermarket products, including productimprovements, updates, and discontinuations. Inventory Management: Manageinventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing holdingcosts. Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems. Quality Control: Ensure all productsmeet quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing procedures. Technical Support Coordination:Collaborate with technical support teams to address product-related issues andprovide timely resolutions. Data Analysis Reporting:Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas forimprovement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Supplier Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials and components. Requirements Bachelors/ Masterdegree in EngineeringBackground. 6-12 years of experience in ADAS aftermarketoperations, Product Operations, Driving Processes, Handle Customer Escalations. Proven experience in managing NPIP and productlifecycle management. Strong understanding of inventory managementprinciples and practices. Experience in managing delivery operations andlogistics. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using inventory management andlogistics software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment. Experience in managing delivery employees.
