Job Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and company policies.Support in company secretarial compliance, including filing returns with MCA & SEBI.Maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate governance documents.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for regulatory filings and audits.Assist in conducting board meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing compliance reports.Research legal and regulatory updates relevant to company operations. Provide support in handling investor relations and corporate disclosures. Requirements:Qualification: Pursuing or completed CS (Company Secretary) from ICSI.Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and Companies ActProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and governance.
