Nursery Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Nursery Manager (Sales and Marketing) to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and implement effective marketing strategies for our plant nursery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a passion for horticulture, and proven skills in customer relationship management and retail sales. This role combines strategic planning, team management, and hands-on sales and marketing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the nursery, including staff supervision and customer service Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract new customers and retain existing ones Promote products through social media, events, partnerships, and seasonal promotions Provide expert guidance to customers on plant selection, care, and landscaping needs Maintain high standards of nursery presentation, plant health, cleanliness, and product displays Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine business strategies Build and nurture relationships with landscapers, contractors, and corporate clients Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals Requirements: Proven experience in nursery management, horticultural retail, or a similar role Strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management Good knowledge of plants, gardening trends, and landscaping solutions Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in using digital tools for marketing, billing, and inventory Ability to work under pressure during seasonal peaks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Rangareddy, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
