Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and development. Parent-Teacher Collaboration: Collaborate with parents through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences. Behavior Management: Promote positive behavior and manage classroom discipline through age-appropriate techniques. Skills and Qualifications: Child Development Knowledge: A strong understanding of child development stages and principles.
