Job Description: We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop emotionally, socially, and cognitively through play and structured learning. The Nursery Teacher will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with early years development goals and provide a strong foundation for future learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for young children. Foster positive relationships with children, helping to support their development and well-being. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration through play-based and hands-on learning. Support children's learning of basic skills including language, number concepts, and personal hygiene. Develop and maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and families. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health, safety, and safeguarding policies. Collaborate with other staff members to plan school events, trips, and special activities. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in ongoing professional development.
