Implementation/ testing/ configuration of electrical circuits, control circuits, field/IO circuits etc Site installation and commissioning of after-sales service and troubleshooting after plant commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct system testing and troubleshooting as needed.Perform regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, including HVAC, UPS, transformers, and DG sets.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all electrical equipment.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.Create and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement or upgrades.Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including cost control measures.Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and equipment procurement.Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget expenditures for management review.

To coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review;To coordinate customers bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers;To assist the commercial department in cultivating good relationships with existing and potential associates/customers;To vet through incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements, and mode of submission;To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for submission;To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc., and in line with the customers tender requirements.Payment Follow-up sheets, EMD, SD, and othersFilling tender and LOA and other correspondence files.Handling Documentation, Vendor management, RFQ, Techno-commercial, Presales, RFP, Proposal preparations, Contract management, and Presentation.

Inventory Management:o Maintain accurate records of stock levels by performing regular stock audits and ensure stock accuracy through periodic cycle counts, movements, and replenishment requirements.o Forecast inventory needs and ensure timely stock replenishment.o Ensure that stock is stored in the appropriate location, organized, and easily accessible.2. Stock Receiving & Issuing:o Supervise the receiving of goods and verify that all deliveries match purchase orders.o Ensure items are correctly tagged, stored, and documented.3. Team Supervision & Training:o Supervise store staff, including training them in proper store practices and safety protocols.4. Safety & Cleanliness:o Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and safe and implement security procedures to prevent theft or loss.5. Documentation & Reporting:o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, stock levels, and transactions.o Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other performance metrics to senior management.o Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and stored properly.6. Compliance:o Ensure that all store operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.o Handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers or inventory in compliance with company policies. Proven experience in a Store Incharge role. Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems. Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. Proficient in using inventory software and MS Office. Ability to lift and move heavy items (if required).
