Job Description

Assess patients nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans. Provide nutrition counseling for weight management, chronic diseases, post-surgical care, and wellness goals. Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to support integrated treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits. Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Minimum 1-5 years of experience (clinical or wellness setting experience will be an added advantage) Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Upto date knowledge of nutrition science and dietary trend Email: himani@matrixhrservices.com Ph: 9019730396
