Job Description

o9 Senior Consultant - Supply or Demand Planning Definition: End to end solution design, configuration, implementation of o9 including data analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders Participate in process and business requirements sessions with client and document to-be business process leveraging industry best practices Work with customers to identify business pain areas covering sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain Ability to convert business logic to o9 based solutions including technical platform design, cloud and infra management Work closely with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets. Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve business problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management Ability to design and implement a testing protocol, with support from junior consultants/analysts, with the end goal of automating the processes Experience: Masters Degree is preferred 5+ years’ experience in 09 or related tools Should have successfully Implemented atleast 3 o9 projects for end customers Managing and delivering o9 solutions with a team of 3-5 people Preferred to have onsite work experience handling large enterprise customers Willing to travel meet and discuss o9 based planning solutions with customers Good communication and presentation skills
