1) 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience in Embedded Software development projects with working knowledge of using ASPICE standards. 2) Experience in performing work product reviews, audits against the APICE standards. 3) Experience in facilitation or providing training to team on Quality management systems and processes. 4) Good at oral and written communication skills. Secondary skills: 1) Participated in internal and external process audits. 2) Experience, interacting with customers/project teams and presenting solutions and improvement plans. 3) Knowledge of other standards like ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO /SAE 21434, CMMI, etc. is good to have. Education : Masters or Bachelors (M.E/M.Tech, BE/B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication engineering (ECE) or Computer Science Engineering ( CSE )
