The ideal candidate will be proficient in Grafana, Vector, Power BI and Fabric Resource , leveraging these tools to improve system visibility, performance monitoring and business intelligence. This role is critical in ensuring optimal system health, troubleshooting issues and providing insightful data visualizations that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure and maintain Grafana dashboards to monitor system performance, infrastructure and application health. Implement and manage Vector for log aggregation, transformation and forwarding to observability platforms. Utilize Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards for business and operational insights. Manage and optimize Fabric Resource for scalable data management and analysis. Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and IT teams to enhance observability strategies and improve system resilience. Analyze system logs, metrics and traces to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks. Automate data collection and visualization processes to ensure real-time monitoring capabilities. Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies across observability platforms. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in observability, analytics and performance monitoring. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an observability, monitoring or analytics role. Strong hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard creation, alerting and data visualization. Proficiency in Vector for log management and integration with various data sources. Advanced skills in Power BI , including DAX, Power Query and data modeling. Experience working with Fabric Resource for enterprise-scale data management and analytics. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring tools. Strong understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics and traces. Scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Prometheus , Loki , or other monitoring/logging solutions. Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data engineering best practices. Previous experience working in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
