Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients to determine therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Use evidence-based interventions to address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and play skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and educators. Educate and train families and caregivers on strategies to support the child’s development at home and in school. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards of practice as an occupational therapist. Show more Show less
