Closely monitor current industry trends, benchmark competitive products and technologies.

Role & responsibilities :- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control as per company standards. - Support the implementation of engineering change requests and update drawings accordingly. - Work closely with suppliers to ensure they understand technical requirements and specifications- Assist in supplier evaluations based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.- Preparation, execution and documentation on testing activities on battery packs and modules- Help in resolving design-related queries from suppliers and coordinating feedback with the design team.
