Position: Odoo Developer - Junior Experience: 6months - 2 years Salary: 15k-30k Location: Sector 48, Gurugram We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Odoo Developer to lead our development team and drive the success of Odoo projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Odoo applications and modules. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of Odoo applications. Lead and manage a team of Odoo Developers, ensuring successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stay updated on Odoo best practices and new features. Participate in project planning and estimation. Act as a point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high development standards. Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong expertise in Odoo development and customization. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of database design and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL). Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with other ERP systems and integrations. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 06 Mos.-2 Yrs. of proven experience in Odoo Development. In-depth knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework.
