Role & responsibilities: 1. To have a good knowledge on Proprietary Products Preferably Gaskets /heatshield in the Pass Car /Tractor / Construction Equipment / Power Gen / Compressors segments /2W / EV. 2. Result driven individual with an ability to meet target deadlines by setting priorities right. 3. Strong acumen for sales with good negotiating skills and a passion for capturing new business in difficult situations. 4. Knowledge about manufacturing process and costing would be an added advantage. 5. Strong interpersonal skills maintaining a high degree of professionalism while working with clients, external and internal stake holders. Job Dimensions 1. New business development (Domestic OE) - Identify, Pursue and Finalize. 2. Scan market (Data collection, analysis and reporting), Gather market Intelligence about new/disruptive technologies - Gaskets 3. Generate RFQ, check for suitability of Banco Gaskets. 4. Coordinate with customers as well as internal stakeholders (CFT members). 5. Visit Customer to understand & coordinate the progress of new projects and competitor analysis 6. Review Letter of Intent, Contracts and suggest modifications / changes in lines with the business requirement. 7. Strong Customer Interface during samples, proto and PPAP submission.
