Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify, engage, and secure new OEM customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners to ensure repeat business. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Analyze competitors offerings and differentiate our solutions in the market. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead pricing negotiations and close high-value deals. Draft and manage OEM agreements and service-level contracts. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and mentor an OEM sales team . Work closely with product development to align offerings with market demands. Preferred candidate profile Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Experience with technical sales & supply chain coordination . Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making .
