Job Description

P osition Summary: Schneider Electric is seeking a strategic Quality Leader to oversee the quality handover process for withdrawing offers across Product Lines. This role ensures a smooth transition from Product to Service teams, maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance until the end of service life (8-12 years post-commercialization). The candidate will act as the CSQ representative in cross-functional governance, advocating for quality standards while aligning with Services LoB s long-term customer support objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer Withdraw Process Governance I mplement standardized post-commercialization quality handover processes across Product LoBs. Define and enforce RACI matrices to clarify responsibilities between Product and Service LoBs during Offer Withdraw till Services Withdraw Continuously refine processes based on operational challenges and lessons learned. 2. Product Withdrawal-Service Representation & Alignment Serve as the CSQ representative in Product/Service LoB governance reviews and gates, providing quality-focused input and voting on behalf of Services LoB CSQ. Collaborate with Product LoBs to clarify quality requirements, SLAs, and financial provisions for post-commercialization periods. Advocate for quality-centric practices while respecting business decision authority. 3. Quality Assurance of withdraw Validate and analyze historical quality data (FFR, CoPQ, CMI, BRE, OSI) from BFO and Product LoBs to identify risks and gaps. Track and report on ongoing quality issues , PRB statuses, and resolutions, ensuring closure with root cause analysis. Ensure all quality incidents are resolved with documented evidence of corrective actions. 4. Customer Satisfaction & Technical Governance Define L1/L2/L3 technical support structures and TEX (Technical report ) processes for end-of-life offers. Manage SLA CSQ related agreements between Product and Service LoBs to uphold customer service commitments. Proactively address customer concerns arising from post-commercialization support. 5. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Input Provide quality insights to shape Services LoB s post-withdrawal strategies and operational improvements. Lead PRB investigations for withdrawn offers and drive closure of critical issues affecting customer satisfaction Qualifications: 1. Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles, ideally in cross-functional or global environments. 3. In-depth knowledge of Schneider Electric s products, services, and lifecycle management. 4. Prior work with cross-enterprise RACI governance and process automation 5. Experience in post-commercialization transition programs or end-of-life product management. 6. Fluen t in English Skills: 1. Ability to articulate complex quality requirements to stakeholders, negotiate compromises, and defend CSQ s interests, Ability to say No when quality standards are compromised, yet adaptable to align processes across diverse Product LoBs. 2. Proficient in ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and data analytics tools . 3. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and high-stakes initiatives. 4. Track record of improving process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. 5. Inspire teams to deliver results while fostering collaboration and accountability.
