Job Description

Maintain stock of all essential inventory; ensure nothing runs out. Make sure every floor has an assigned person to manage its upkeep. Create and enforce checklists for housekeeping staff; ensure they follow protocols. Ensure uniforms are issued, worn, and maintained by housekeeping, spot boys, and café staff. Ensure and Oversee documentation, contracts, background checks, and police verification for all support staff. Check and maintain office systems and equipment; arrange repair or replacement where needed. Assist in onboarding new employees by ensuring seating, tools, and systems are ready. Coordinate with HR to source and purchase essential items after approval. Fix 10 things every week to improve admin operations. Build strong relationships with trusted vendors to get work done on time and at the right cost. Ensure cleanines in all the socialchaat buildings. Coordiate with store manager on stock of items. Train and guide all the housekeeping staff.
