Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Branch Office Administrator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks at our branch. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, Tally, and strong communication skills. You will oversee office operations, data entry, coordination with the head office, and ensure smooth function across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage general office administration and maintain a well-organized workspace. Handle all ERP tasks, including LR (Lorry Receipt) making, updating statistics, delivery management, and inventory control. Enter delivery challans accurately into the ERP system. Scan and send LR copies via email to relevant parties. Draft and send professional emails to customers regarding deliveries, updates, and inquiries. Maintain and organize data in Excel sheets, particularly for LR collections. Follow up with operations teams regarding LR collections and operational tasks. Track and manage courier details and documentation. Perform Tally entries for cash expenses, party account reconciliation, and other financial tasks. Follow up on vehicle status and manage fleet communication with Branch and Container Manager. Track GPS status for vehicles and ensure timely updates. Plan and manage transportation documentation, including E-way bill generation and Rake management. Report to the Branch Manager and coordinate with Head Office staff. Assist with additional administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration, logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems and Tally software. Strong knowledge of Excel for data management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
