Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facilities management. • Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication. • Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and executive scheduling for senior management. • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment. • Oversee health and safety compliance within office spaces. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and services. • Prepare and manage administrative budgets and ensure cost-efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. • Support HR functions, such as onboarding and employee welfare programs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of office management software and systems. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
