Job Description

Role & responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the executives schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both digitally and physically. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing them as needed. Draft, proofread, and send professional communications on behalf of the executive. Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Organize company events, conferences, and client meetings, handling logistics and materials. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key contacts. Provide support to other team members as needed, ensuring smooth office operations Preferred candidate profile Education: Any Graduate. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and good problem-solving skills.
