Job Description

Position: Office Assistant – Trademark Registration Location: Tirupur Industry: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – Trademark Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, filing, and tracking of trademark applications, oppositions, rectifications, and other IP-related documents. Coordinate with clients, the Trademark Registry, and legal teams for case follow-ups. Manage and maintain physical and digital records related to trademark cases. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Tamil. Ability to read and understand legal and procedural documents. Typing skills with attention to detail and formatting. Basic knowledge of trademark registration processes and IP laws (preferred). Good organizational and time-management skills. Languages Known: Tamil (Fluent) English (Fluent) [Optional: Add Hindi or any other regional/international language if known] Preferred Qualifications: Any degree (preference for candidates with legal or administrative background) Prior experience in a legal or IPR office will be an added advantage.
