Job Overview: As an Office Assistant, you will play a key administrative role, supporting daily office operations, client communication, documentation, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging tasks, has strong English communication skills, and is proficient with modern office software and tools. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office tasks including data entry, filing, record keeping, and documentation. Draft and respond to emails and other business correspondence in professional English. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage courier dispatches and logistics. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic reports. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Zoom, etc.). Maintain confidentiality and support sensitive business operations. Requirements: Female candidates only (as per role requirements). Fluent in spoken and written English – must be able to communicate professionally with clients and partners. Strong command of Microsoft Office , Excel, and digital communication platforms. Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Prior experience in a trading, logistics, or corporate office is a plus. Minimum education: Graduate (any stream). Commerce background preferred.
