Mangalam University, Sohna Road, Gurugram Department: Examination Office Reporting To: Controller of Examinations Job Summary: The Examination Office Assistant will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of all examination-related activities. The role includes coordination with departments, data management, document handling, and ensuring smooth conduct of university examinations in accordance with academic and examination regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and scheduling of examination timetables. Coordinate with academic departments to collect question papers, answer sheets, and attendance records. Handle student queries related to examination forms, admit cards, re-evaluation, and result processing. Maintain and update examination records, mark sheets, and other confidential data. Assist in conducting end-semester, mid-semester, and other university examinations. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all examination-related correspondence. Help in the printing, packaging, and dispatch of examination material securely. Coordinate with invigilators and support staff for exam duties and logistics. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all exam-related operations. Support result compilation, tabulation, and publication. Assist in handling malpractice cases and disciplinary documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Education-related field). Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a university/educational institution s examination office is preferred. Strong organizational and data entry skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
