Job Description

Typical roles :- Office Assistant- Exports - Read LC , contract , SI and SO and make set docs in accordance with for further submission to bank - Processing, coordinating for issuance of Phytosanitary certificate from gov authority - preparation of export documents timely, -Issue Certificate of origin, Form A1..etc from EIA -Checking Draft bl, draft phyto..etc - prepare master file -follow up for shipping bill and upload in master data timely -preparing approximate 5 set of export docs per day + checking of draft docs + updating of master -Dispatch of sample -Maintain office records and files Any other secretarial works assigned time to time Reporting to Manager- Exports docs
