Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant with 6 Month to 1 Year experience, preferably a middle-aged male, to support daily office operations. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. A vehicle is necessary for occasional errands and on-the-go assistance with office duties. Key Responsibilities Assist with tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally Manage office supplies and place orders as needed Assist in coordinating office maintenance and cleanliness Run office errands as required (bank deposits, document delivery, etc.) Support staff with minor technical and logistical needs Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other gatherings Requirements Age: Middle-aged candidate preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management or relevant field is a plus Experience: Minimum 0-1 year experience required.
