Responsibilities: Document Management: Make photocopies, print, and scan documents as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Interdepartmental Support: Move files and documents between employees and departments in a timely manner. Assist with the distribution of mail and packages. Hospitality and Office Maintenance: Order and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to the Boss and visitors. Ensure the Boss's office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the office. General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain inventory of office supplies and request replenishment as needed. Should know to speak kannada, organization, communication
