🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Office Maintenance Cleaning and maintaining the office environment. Ensuring pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, snacks) are stocked and available. Opening and closing the office premises. Serving Beverages and Refreshments Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. Delivering refreshments during meetings. Document Handling Collecting and distributing documents within the office. Filing and organizing paperwork. Running photocopies, printing, scanning, and binding documents. Messenger Duties Delivering or picking up documents, cheques, or parcels from banks, courier services, or other offices. Assisting Administrative Staff Supporting clerical work as requested (e.g., mailing letters, setting up meeting rooms). Assisting in minor errands for HR/admin/finance departments. Pantry & Utility Tasks Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and pantry area. Refilling water dispensers and managing office kitchen inventory. 🔹 Skills and QualitiesBasic reading and writing skills. Punctuality and reliability. Trustworthiness and confidentiality. Ability to follow instructions. Good hygiene and personal grooming. Friendly and respectful attitude.
