The sales coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless sales operations: Key Responsibilities: • Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability as needed. • Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis. • Manage schedules, appointments, and send emails to the manufacturer. • Act as a communication bridge between the Boss and OEMs. • Maintain records, organize paperwork, and handle administrative tasks. Preferred Candidate: • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office. • This is a managerial role in which the selected candidate will report directly to the Boss.
