We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and coordinating with different departments. Key responsibilities include: Main Task Follow-up: Ensuring timely follow-up on all assigned tasks with internal departments and external stakeholders. Managing and streamlining administrative processes. Coordinating with production and engineering teams for documentation and task alignment. Handling office correspondence, record-keeping, and scheduling. Assisting in report generation and data management. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supporting the team with daily operational tasks and problem-solving. Mandatory Key Skills Task Follow-up & Tracking Office Management Administrative Coordination Communication & Organization Skills Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Science preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills
