Job Description

Responsibilities Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always in good working order. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team. Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Manage office expenses and budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment activities. Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistics. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Qualifications A minimum of 1 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. graduation degree required. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Highly reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management.
