Work from Office
Key Responsibilities: Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents Run errands within or outside the office (e.g., delivering documents, purchasing supplies) Support office staff with various administrative tasks Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Help manage office inventory and restock supplies when necessary Assist in event or meeting preparation Other duties as assigned by management May need to travel short distances for office errands Requirements: 10th Pass Prior experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus but not required Ability to multitask and follow instructions Punctual, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality Physically able to lift light items or boxes if needed Working Conditions: Office environment May occasionally require lifting objects up to 25 lbs Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Odia (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
