Position: Office Manager - Sales Enquiry Handling Locations: Nagpur Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Ed Tech Job Description: As the Office Manager focused on Sales Enquiry Handling , you will be responsible for managing and responding to all sales-related inquiries, coordinating client communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients. You will also oversee general office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment. This role will combine sales support, client relations, and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to all incoming sales inquiries from potential clients, providing them with detailed information about our career services and offerings. Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry through to successful conversion, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Schedule consultations and meetings with prospective clients, preparing the necessary materials in advance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and assist with lead generation initiatives. Maintain an up-to-date database of client contacts and track interactions for future follow-up. Ensure that all sales-related documents, proposals, and contracts are processed and filed appropriately. Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a pleasant working environment. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales support, client relations, or office management, preferably within a career services or related industry.
