Alfa Intelli is looking for Office Receiption to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Answering and Directing Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages as needed Receiving and Sorting Mail: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail and packages as necessary Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as required Providing Information: Offer information about the organization, its products or services, and general inquiries from visitors Maintaining a Tidy Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and organized Ensure reading materials are available and up to date Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Security and Access Control: Monitor and control visitor access, and issue visitor badges as needed Ensure the safety and security of the premises Handling Inquiries and Requests: Address and redirect inquiries and requests from employees and visitors to the appropriate personnel Basic Technology Skills: Use and manage basic office equipment such as phones, computers, and office software
