Job Overview: An Operations Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring business from operational hotels. He will follow sales strategies, and implement effective sales initiatives to drive growth and increase customer loyalty. It is the primary responsibility of the Operation Sales Officer to expand the client base and increase customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales planning and forecasting : The Operational Sales Officer must work with the sales team to develop sales plans and forecasts. They must ensure that the sales teams goals align with the companys overall objectives. 2. Sales process management : The Operational Sales Officer is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. They must ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the companys sales strategy. 3. Building Customer Relationships : The Operational Sales Officer must build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are being met, and addressing any concerns they may have. This involves developing effective communication strategies and regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. 4. Identify new potential customers : Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. This includes conducting market visits to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients. 5. Managing Sales Leads : The Operational Sales Officer must manage the organizations sales leads effectively, ensuring that they are properly nurtured and converted into sales. 6. Managing Customer Feedback : The Operational Sales Officer must manage customer feedback effectively, ensuring that customer concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. This involves creating a customer feedback system, analyzing customer feedback data, and using this information to improve the organizations products, services, and sales processes. 7. Represent the company at industry events : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. This includes networking with potential clients, staying current on industry trends, and competitor activity, and promoting the companys products and services. 8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards : Ensure compliance with all company s policies, procedures, and standards. This includes ensuring that all sales activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: 1. Education : Bachelors degree or a related field. 2. Experience : 0-5 Years. 3. Skills : - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. 4.
